The deep green elliptical foliage turns bright coppery red in fall, and the winter stems turn an unusual yellow. Grows best with full sun and rich, moist acidic well drained soils. Bluegold is self pollinating but would benefit from a cross pollinator to increase yield. Type: Shrub Origins: East
