Pre-Reconstitution Steps Step 1: Wash hands thoroughly and put on sterile nitrile gloves Step 2: Wipe down the work surface with 70% isopropyl alcohol and allow to air dry Step 3: Remove the CJC-1295 DAC vial from storage – allow it to reach room temperature (15–25°C) for 5–10 minutes Step 4: Do NOT remove the rubber stopper from either vial – work through the stopper with needles Step 5: Swab the rubber stoppers of both the peptide vial and BAC water vial with an alcohol swab Step 6: Allow alcohol to evaporate completely (~30 seconds) before piercing Allowing the vial to reach room temperature prevents condensation inside the vial, which can affect reconstitution accuracy and introduce moisture-related degradation
