Fast, Healthy “Power Bar” Recipe

No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe Taken From Clean Eating Magazine

1 1/4 Cup Raisins

1/2 Cup pitted dates (I like Medjul)

2 cups of old fashioned oats

4 Tablespoons Agave Nectar or honey

2 tsp cinnamon

pinch of salt

1/2 cup cacao nibs

Note:  I’ve made this recipe twice in the last week.  It’s delicious, fast and super easy to make.  One exception was that the 2nd time I made it they wouldn’t stick together into balls…so, I just ate it with a fork!
