I definitely see where you are coming from with the daily walking, etc ... I try to stay as fit as a I can while having to juggle school work, internship, and part-time jobs. So, although I may not be a mother ... yet, I am pretty busy but find time to work out. You should tell your friends that once they get started on leading a healthier and more active lifestyle, they won't be able to stop. They just have to do it a couple of times to get into the habit and it's all easy from there. I personally got started on my fitness by working out at home, I started using this workout bar called,
Fitryo Total Bar and once I got stronger and toned my body, I started running and eating healthy. Hope this helps, you should try out the bar and have your friends take a look as well!

I love the nutty quinoa. It has been in my breakfast rotation for a while now. To add to the flavor a "trick" is to bake the quinoa on 350 for 6-7 minutes. It gives it a nuttier taste that is more palatable to many. I will have to try more of the recipies on here!

Hmm it looks like your site ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I'll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I'm thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I'm still new to the whole thing. Do you have any helpful hints for first-time blog writers? I'd really appreciate it.
