About Fit Mom

I’m Steffani. Mother to one daughter, age 6, and two sons, ages 4 and 2.

I finally got sick of carrying around all of my extra baby weight and decided to do something about it.

I started working out at Crossfit East Redlands in July of 2013.  I was able to do a rope climb after about 2 months!

Now I have never had very  much upper body strength and I can now do a kipping pull up and am very close to doing a strict pull up.

I never thought I would see the day when I could do a pull up (of any kind!)

I stay fit thru working out, playing with my kids, and eating healthy.

Join me on my journey to stay fit with all my kids along for the ride!

Wow, you’re an inspiration! I’ve always felt comfortable claiming that I’m an artist, and now I’d like to feel the same way about being an athlete. I’m a mom of 2 and a writer. I am now on a mission to get back to being fit. Right now I’m trying the Insanity Program (I’m on Day 41), I feel great!
I will continue reading your blog for inspiration. Thanks :-)

    Fitness for Mommies,

My name is Mark Pederson. . I recently launched a Kickstarter campaign for our project, EvoGrips. I thought your readers might be interested in our product/story. It definitely fits with the style of PUBLICATION and I think it could be a hit. EvoGrips are quick and easy fitness grip attachments to improve joint comfort, increase grip strength, and activate often neglected muscles. (We are almost 25% funded in less than 24 hours!)

Check out our campaign and video here:

We are looking to spread the word about our story and would be honored if you would be willing to do a writeup.

Please let me know if I can answer any questions for you. Thank you for your time!
