I’m Steffani. Mother to one daughter, age 6, and two sons, ages 4 and 2.

I finally got sick of carrying around all of my extra baby weight and decided to do something about it.

I started working out at Crossfit East Redlands in July of 2013.  I was able to do a rope climb after about 2 months!

Now I have never had very  much upper body strength and I can now do a kipping pull up and am very close to doing a strict pull up.

I never thought I would see the day when I could do a pull up (of any kind!)

I stay fit thru working out, playing with my kids, and eating healthy.

Join me on my journey to stay fit with all my kids along for the ride!

    Wow, you’re an inspiration! I’ve always felt comfortable claiming that I’m an artist, and now I’d like to feel the same way about being an athlete. I’m a mom of 2 and a writer. I am now on a mission to get back to being fit. Right now I’m trying the Insanity Program (I’m on Day 41), I feel great!

    Hi Rachel. I am grateful for finding your informativ blog for the reason that i am on my way to become much more fitter and healthier. I have been suffering from upper pain back which is related to my daily sitting work job. Since i do a lot more activities the pain is almost gone and now i am on my way to build up a fit body aswell as live more healthier. Your blog shares lots of great informations. Thanks for that!     I really want to pay my respect to you who has one daughter and two sons but still able to workout on your routine and keep fit. I am 172 cm but now my weight floating around 62-65 kg, I look chubby and would like to reduce my weight to 55-57 to look better and fit. Once again thanks for all the information about eating, workout, and dieting.
