Your Food & Your Fitness Results

How many of you want to lose weight? How many of you go on some extreme diet lose a boat load of weight and then only gain it back? Seriously, I am one of those people as well… but lately my actual weight has gone up but it isn’t a result of a crappy diet, it’s a result of heavy lifting regularly on an already lean body. However, I’ll bet that the majority of you out there are not me and would really just like to lose 10-20 pounds, right?

What’s is the bottom line that will work for everybody? For my husband and I, we had the best results in both our fitness and our lean bodies by eating STRICT paleo for six weeks. By the time the six weeks was over, we no longer craved the crap food that we were eating prior. I also had the best results in my lifting career, eating super super clean- nuts, veggies, meats, some fruit, and eggs. No alcohol, no dairy, no sugar… If you are a regular here, I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again. Your diet is 90% of the results you are going to get. I truly believe you could have the body of your dreams if you’re diet was awesome.

    Great post! Since January I have a personal trainer who also says the diet is 90% of the whole work! Great content in your website!
