The Snatch is an incredibly, complicated movement that is ridiculously technique driven, takes years to learn, with good coaching; can be horribly frustrating for me. I rarely have a coach’s eye on me, and today, I was having one hell’va time lifting any significant weight. I’m going to put this lift out there, cause I’ve never gotten a snatch on video before, I know it’s terrible, ok?! This was one of my worst lifting days in the whole program and it happened today after good sleep and decent food (although) probably not enough food & I always workout pre-breakfast.
