Must read and listen to the video on Body Image in the Media. These women have the guts to talk back and to say to those people calling them fat that they are far more than a number on a scale. Women these days put enormous amounts of pressure on themselves to look a certain way, to dress a certain way and to just”fit in”. It’s ridiculous and we should all be so confident in our own skins to be the person we were meant to be!

On going gluten free and the advantages of it. Personally, I’ve found that if I completely remove it from my diet, I eliminate a host of issues including allergies and gut issues, that were huge issues for me when I was eating gluten. This article from 1913 discusses a woman’s perfect body! At 5’7″ tall and weighs 171 she is described at length as having the perfect shape for a woman. By our standards today, she would be considered overweight if not “fat”!
