“The 10 Best Mobility Exercises for Runners”

Today, I’m speechless.  I’ve become addicted to the Olympics and have stayed up too late watching it every night.  My current favorite is women’s Beach Volleyball and I can’t wait to watch Misty May -Treanor and Kerri Walsh Jennings kill it today!

For those of you runners, I  highly recommend checking out Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD page and in particular these exercises.
