
WHAT GETS YOU GOING?
What motivates you to get out the door and exercise? According to my friends and me, I’ve always been self-motivated. Nobody has ever told be to go workout because I always have some internal drive to go outside and get sweaty–whether it’s from running, cycling or lifting weights.
Do you workout so that you look good naked?
Do you workout so that you can eat 2 extra cookies?
Do you workout so that you teach your children that fitness is important?
Do you workout so that you can step off a curb when you’re 60 and not break your hip?
Do you need external factors (coaches, trainers or workout buddies) to GET you to the gym or can you get there by yourself?
Do you workout to blow off steam and unwind from a tough day at work?
Why do YOU workout and what STOPS you from getting there?
