Is there such a thing? To know me in person is to know that I have a favorite coffee shop here in town which I frequent a little too regularly, hahaha! Anyway, they make great coffee but it is absolutely NOT kid friendly. Yes, they have internet access so if I want to go there, my kids simply turn on my ipad and watch a movie. However, that’s not really spending quality time with them, it’s simply passing time.

A really kid friendly coffee shop would have drinks for moms and kids, a place for everyone to sit, and something to DO while you’re hanging there.



Tracey Stewart has already thought of this and more with her store in NYC, Moomah.

Not only is there coffee and healthy treats, there is wine and beer menu in addition to the Funky Forest and DIT art kits! Wow. Now, if only there’d be one in my town!!

For those of you in New York City, check out Moomah. For the rest of us, we can purchase the DIT art kits online and take it to our favorite local coffee shop and stake out a table.
