How I use Flipboard

Good Evening Readers!!

Recently, I was incredibly lucky, thankful and grateful to receive an Ipad 2 for Christmas.  And, it has become my best friend.  It’s light enough to carry in my purse, and I end up carrying it everywhere.  The coolest thing I’ve found so far is the “Flipboard”.

Flipboard offers  new opportunities to READ lots..Apologies for my absence last week, but, you know where I was? Completely absorbed in reading in fields I am interested in- cooking, crossfit, health, etc…

One article I read and loved was called, “Am I really fat?”

Ordinary Courage

and a one that hits home with me more than anything else was, “Why I lift heavy things”.

How to use Flipboard?  Download it (seems to have apps for most computer things, although I’m no expert), and start searching if for interesting tidbits that you are interested in.  You can even connect your facebook & twitter accounts to it and it’ll read more like a magazine and it keeps you kind of “outside looking in” on the drama aspects of Facebook.  In addition, I was able to add blogs I read to my Flipboard content and am therefor in the loop without searching Safari for things.  Basically it has the ability to bring most of your internet queries/reading/into one central location.

It is so cool!  The more I read, the happier I feel, really.
