Giveaway Post: Boost Your Breakfast Routine with Weight Watchers

January 9th, 2011 · 8 Comments

What is your morning routine?  Mine is almost always the same; wake -up, workout, drink a chocolate protein powder on the way home, then hopefully eat a big pile of eggs and bacon!

Weight Watchers would love to encourage all of you to jump start your morning routine.  They’ve combined some fairly useful items together to make a “Better For You Weight Watchers Kit” which my kids and I received as well.  In our kit, we got a $15 itunes giftcard, a yoga mat, an Eco Coffee Cup, 2 boxes of Weight Watchers Coffee Cakes and a box of instant coffee on the go packets.  My children and I enjoyed the coffee cakes (they more than me) as well as all the goodies in the kit!

One More Kit For You:

If you’re interested in trying the Weight Watchers Coffee Cakes and would like a chance to win the kit, please leave a comment on your morning routine to win.  Winner will be picked at Random on January 15th at 9pm.

Hi, my morning routine is to grab a cup of coffee and surf the Internet for 1/2 an hour, then wake up my daughter so we can both get ready. Then I make her waffles and me a Boca burger with salad. (I don’t work out until the evening!)

Ok – I’m in! Get up, drink coffee and get dressed (early!), go out for my run, come back and shower, make breakfast and get my kids ready for school while choking down some breakfast along with them. I don’t eat before I run, but by golly I’d better have that cup of coffee or I don’t get out the door! :)

My routine varies but usually the normal stuff- shower, getting dressed, finding my keys & cell phone, rushing out the door for an hour drive. breakfast usually happens when we decide to eat it for supper. I did get a coffee maker for Christmas that does just one cup so those mornings I don’t have to rush I get lucky to carry it with me.

My morning routine M, W, F, get up just in time to shower dress and get out the door. I have granola or nutrigrain bars stuffed my desk at work so I eat one of those; on those days I workout after work. T, Th get up a bit early and run 4 -6 miles come home shower, dress eat a bowl of cereal and go to work. The change up in my routine helps keep me interested in doing it.

My morning routine is shower, play a bit with my two year old, get her dressed, get 4 month old daughter dressed, downstairs, get a bowl of cereal for the two year old, pacify the baby while I have a whole grain english muffin with hummus and a slice of cheese, a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee, pack myself a lunch. Then distract the two year old with the tv, do her hair. Welcome my dad or mother in law to take care of the baby, then dash off to preschool, usually after having forgotten something. Exercise is reserved for the evening.

Stumble out of bed after hitting snooze 5 or 6 times. Shower, get ready for work, let the dogs out, leave for work. I am aiming higher this year – started Weight Watchers today, so plan to include eating a healthy, filling breakfast loaded with Power Foods to my morning routine.

I always wake up hungry-so I eat breakfast everyday. On work out days it is usually a protein shake with fish oil. I do as little as possible (I try to have work stuff, lunch, snack and clothes prepped the night before) So it is simplified to workout(3 days a work week) eat, shower, dress, grab bags and go!!

Hi, my morning routine is: wake-up, go to the gym, shower, go to work, eat egg whites with turkey bacon. I’d love to try this kit since I am currently doing the Weight Watchers Program.
