Skip the gym and head to the park!

Instead of the boring old “globo gym” hit the park and try this workout with your kids in tow:

Challenge yourself and your kids to race you 50 meters!

Then, let one of the lighter children sit on your back while you perform as many push-ups as you can.

Sprint back to starting point and have one child sit on your feet while you perform as many sit-ups as possible in one minute.

Crab walk with children to a tree/stump/ approximately 10 meters away and then complete as many flutter kicks (lying on back and flutter your feet 1 inch above the ground) till you get to 50!

Bear Crawl 10 meters away and then perform either log rolls or forward rolls with your kids!

They’ll love it!!
