Instead of thinking that you must “workout out” think in terms of training. You are training to get stronger, faster and leaner. You always have a goal when you walk in your gym door. You give it 100% or more and you leave nothing left! You stay late or arrive early to work extra hard. Or you do a double workout in one day to workout skills you need help with. You study journals, books, and magazines to get the latest news….You do what you can to do it better!
I truly believe that if you have good trainers and good friends around you, you can have it all!

How do you think about a workout? Is it just “get it done” or do you have a goal in mind???

Hi Rachel,
I have to say that this is a wonderful article on the how our attitude should be when we workout or in your words train. It does put things in perspective. Training is a lifelong commitment, and implies that there is always something new to learn or to master. Isn’t life about always learning something new?
