Competition Event Videos!

So, here is my chance to show all of you what these events were like…ok, well at least two of them.   And it’s now 4 days post -event and I am still incredibly sore- particularly in my traps!  But, it’s all good.  Those snatches were brutal to the upper back area.

Event Number 2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes. 135 Deadlifts, 5 Pull-ups, 7 Burpees.

Event Number 3:

50 Meter Sprint, 15 Ground to Overhead {55 pounds} (anyways) {I used a Snatch}, and 10 Chest to Deck Push-ups.  You can see me arguing with the judge at one point cause she was telling me to have my chest hit the ground!  I told her I had no chest…anyways, they wanted my stomach to touch…

Remember, that the Cross Fit Invitational was a total of three events.  The above two are the short ones.  The first was was the brutal 50 Double Unders followed by backwards sprinting and forward sprinting with sandbags, etc!

I finished 7th in the intermediate female division! Not bad for 6 months in Cross Fit!

I am very proud of myself.  What have you done lately that you are proud of?
