Recipe for April Fool’s Day Dinner!

Yes, it’s guess the protein dinner! Ha, is it chicken, shrimp, tofu or sausage???

Recipe is a Rachel Classic- saute all vegetables in the house with olive oil (1-2 teaspoons), salt, pepper and garlic add protein and serve. The greener the better! This dinner came complete with a side dish of more vegetables…

    what a wonderfully simple, healthy dish! recently i discovered black pepper from Cambodia. i found that using this Kampot Pepper in this dish gave it an extra level of flavour. this black pepper has an intense and aromatic quality that really lifts and compliments the sautéd veg.
