The Yoga Therapy Balls are a must have for any athlete. Similar to how a foam roller works, these balls can target smaller muscles in the neck, shoulders and upper back effectively without the need for a massage therapist! I’ve been relying on these balls quite regularly as my upper body has gotten stronger- it’s also gotten stiffer. Rolling around with these balls daily has really improved my flexibility, range of motion and can feel a loosening up of the tightness in my shoulders.
I can highly recommend this product!
Relieve stress, unwind knots, and loosen locked muscles with this “Mini Series” Program that takes you through: Upper Back & Neck, Shoulders, Rotator Cuffs, Lower Back, and Hips & Buttocks. There’s also a special bonus “Calves & Feet” track.
Full Kit Includes: Audio CD Program, 2 Therapy Balls w/Travel Tote, Foldout Placement Guide
Retail $19.95
