What is a jumping squat?! A photo post.

300 kids singing and dancing their hearts out on stage for 1200 parents, extended family and friends…Mine included.

And, from this workout.  I made it to the main page of Cross Fit CDR today!! Whoo Hoo!

It was a nice a** kicker of a workout!  A Tabata Workout= 8 rounds of 20 work, 10 seconds rest.

Rowing

Jumping Squats.  A big squat with your butt below your knees followed by a jump with high knees.

20″ Box Jumps

Push Press with 32 pounds.

Loving those box jumps, but, sure could use some shoes (my feet always hurt at the end of the workout)!!  Anybody have a recomendation for a cross training kind of shoe?!
