It’s been well established (at least for me) that when you lose body fat, you lose it in your chest first. Dang it. According to the research I did a while back, women’s breasts sizes will change six times over the course of their lives. Pregnancy, breast feeding, weening, gaining weight, losing weight all will result in a change in breast size. Then, with the addition of any weight training, it might change again. At this point in my career, I’m not interested in a boob job. Who is?! I’d love to have some cleavage, but, I’m not willing to go through the surgery or pay the money.
So, check out these items I found just for us!!

Oh, I’m in your camp! And I think my bra size has changed well over six times. I’m still breastfeeding so still have my “loaner boobs.”

2 Nice, but no dice.... // Dec 14, 2009 at 7:09 pm
I started P90x yoga with my hubby about 4 months ago, and have def lost some boobage. I had a small chest to begin with, so I actually did a search just like this! The petal-shaped covers actually make your nips MORE obvious since you get this weird puffy nipple thing. I have tried a few different versions, and the best by far were the silicone ones from this site called Bristols6.com. They are a little bigger than the petals, but I think because of that, they blend into your skin without a ridge. Looks way better IMHO than petals.

Awesome. Thanks for letting us know. I hadn’t tried the ShopGirl brand as this was the first time I’d ever found any nipples covers. I will check out that other brand.

Actually I have tried both of these. they do not leave any puffiness. And the silicon are amazing you can wear them under anything and no one will know. And they last for months. Plus this line GO-GIRL is cheaper then the rest and the cutest packaging. Dont knock until you try it.
