Thankfully, the rain/frost has yet to destroy my potted vegetables!! I still have Kale, Roma Tomatoes, Swiss Chard, Eggplant, and herbs growing. Two nights in a row now I harvested the Swiss chard and Kale, sauted them in olive oil, shallots and garlic then at the end, added a dash of soy sauce and voila! Tasty, delicious veggies ready to eat. {Adding a touch of bacon and hubby will devour but, you know, more for me without it!}
