How do you like those lovely hands?!!
Those, my dear readers, are hands tore up from learning the Kipping Pull-Up! And, no, I can’t do it yet. It takes an amazing amount of strength, power and SPEED. I have the strength but have yet to learn the speed part. I love learning new things.
Oh, and today’s workout: Tabata (8 rounds- 20 seconds, 10 seconds rest)
Pull-Ups
Box Jumps
Weighted Squat
Push-ups

I still have to do the ninny pull ups at Cross Fit and it took several workouts before I wised up and took off my wedding ring.

There is no such thing as a ninny pull up! We get to use bands so that we can still DO the dang pull up! Yes, I learned the hard way to get the rings OFF before attempting the Kipping Pull-Up.
