		<description>Thanks Sandy for leaving a comment on that.  I should have said that the prescribed weight for a women in Cross Fit is 35 pounds!  I started with a 15 pounder and worked my way up.</description>

		<description>I like your post! One thing though. Women ordinarily should start with 8 kg or 12 kg kettlebell. Rarely would a women start with 35 lbs. Men yes but that would be tough for all but the strongest lady.
