Hi, just wanted to let you know that I rewrote my “About Fit Mom” page. As I’ve learned through writing this blog for over two years now, things change. I change. My feelings about things change…and I’d like to represent myself in a more sincere way. I’ve found a passion for writing that I didn’t know I had among MANY many other passions that include reading authors such as Pema Chodrun, Dorothea Benton Frank, Body and Soul magazine, savoring cookbooks, obviously anything at all that has to do with fitness, healthy eating, gardening, the list is endless!
My main goal now is to share what I’ve learned getting fit as a mom and what fitness means to me now (cause it’s changed) and how I manage to get my “time” in almost daily. I seriously love sweating and hope to pass on my passions about exercise to my kids and maybe even some of my students!
