Thanks to the generosity of the local coffee shops for posting local events, I was able to try a FREE CrossFit workout today!

And, it kicked my ass!
What the heck did we do for 19 minutes that was such a gut buster? 1/4 mile run followed by 100 Squats, followed by 1/4 mile run, followed by 75 push-ups, followed by 1/4 mile run, followed by 50 Tricep Dips, followed by 1/4 mile run, followed by 25 plyo-jumps on wall. HOLY MOLY. I’m toast and will be SORE for DAYS!! Even better, the owners said “ALL LEVELS ALL AGES” which means I could bring my boys, next time.

my friend does crossfit and loves it and i feel like she is in super shape, i thought it was all kettlebells
