From someone who lives in workout clothes, I was seriously excited to see a press release about meSheeky in my inbox! Five days a week, I am constantly transitioning from physical education to yoga to the grocery store and back again.
meSheeky was founded by Sarah Tomson Beyer, an internationally recognized yoga instructor. She has created her own style of yoga called Flowmotion, has been on the cover of Yoga Journal, and she calls herself “chief executive Sheekynista” for meSheeky.

I received the KIKI skirt as a sample and I am totally thrilled with it! I love the low waistband, the flirty nature of the skirt and the design on the side of the skirt. When it was time for yoga, I simply slipped it off and when it was time to hike out to the field, I simply slipped it back on.
