I’ve been looking for another yoga DVD, as well as something to strengthen my core. (I can cardio it up all day, but my ab and back muscles are trashed from a car accident. I baby them WAY too much.)

I’m working on the “Getting Healthy” project at The Demoiselles (linked) and one of my biggest fitness goals is to prove that you can be healthy as you get older. The other is to find fitness activities I can stick with, no matter how broke or busy I am.
