Just Crust is a brand new product out designed to be clean, pure and simple. The founder, Shelly Malone, was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and Rheumatoid Arthritis after having her daughter and found that eating an anti-inflammatory diet significantly improved her joint pain and overall health (source). I believe that if we even move towards the direction of more fruits and veggies and less dairy, less wheat, and less sugar, we will have better health, as well!
So, I was happy to receive these crusts to try out and share my experiences with you! I should share that my first attempt at using the crusts was a bust, though! I thought I should eat it cold like a taco and had thrown some tunafish inside it…but, it fell apart immediately, boo (somebody didn’t really read the directions, first!!) BUT, my second attempts have been much better. They seem to work better flat and then toasted in the oven. The taste of the crust by itself is fairly plain. However, when you add the good stuff like hummus and veggies, it is awesome!

Ingredients : whole grain organic brown rice flour, arrowroot flour, whole grain sorghum flour, organic raw agave nectar, guar gum, fruit juice, rice dextrins, whole, organic olive oil, sea salt.
It’s definitely a product that can do many things- not just be a pizza. I love the versatility of the crusts as well.
