hmm, sometimes i do go for jam, but most often it&#039;s pb on toast, fresh fruit and flax or wheat germ in the cottage cheese

		<description>Those spreads sound interesting but I&#039;m pretty partial to blackberry or blueberry fruit spreads.

As for cottage cheese, we use it as a replacement for mayo and when I eat it out of a bowl, I like to add pepper and hot sauce.  On toast?  Peanut butter and banana yum

I use fruit spreads on waffles.  Waffle, peanut/Almond butter, Greek yogurt, fruit spread and then banana.  To die for! LOL
