First, the posts about getting a free trial and being automatically enrolled for future shipments are incorrect and based on old practices. Since July 2010 new management at FRS has discontinued the approach of "auto enrollment". When people get a trial pack today, they pay only the $3.95 shipping/handling...one time...no strings attached. If they would like to purchase more (discounts are offered) they simply go back to the website to place a single order. Or if they want to get future shipments automatically (for convenience and best discounts) they can choose to enroll in the VIP program. Either way....it is totally the consumer's choice.

As for how FRS works, you can check out thousands of comments from real users at FRS.com (rather than sone of the FRS competitors who chose to post false information on this blog).

Anything can make some people ill. I actually drink FRS irregularly and find it makes for a great pick me up, or a tool to give me that little bit of energy to get past a workout or a "job situation".

I've only had it upset my stomach one time, and I'm willing to bet it had something to do with my overall diet and chemistry that one day.

I've had coffeee give me stomach cramps more often than FRS.

It does what it says in my experience. If it causes you any stomach issues, then maybe it is a personal issue. Document that it caused a problem, but don't assume it does that to everyone.

I like it. It helps me reach my goals and has no discernible side effects. I've been using it since early 2010.

I started taking FRS about 2 weeks ago and I noticed I was having stomach cramps. I did not connect them to this product at first now I am so sick to stomach for the last four days I can't even eat. Do not use this product I was going to the gym three times a week for two hours now I can't even get off the couch. My Dr. said that I did not have stomach flu or any other virus . This is the only thing that I have done different .

Hey, I've been using frs for almost 3 weeks now, and I love it... Used it once to pull an all nighter writing a 7 page paper for class and still felt like I could easily keep drinking it and have a healthy punt of energy with no spikes in energy or large crashes

Used to drink Starbucks energy+coffee for breakfast every day. Then I put myself on a diet and switched to orange juice. Shortly after I was told orange juice is basically liquid candy and due to the high sugar content (yes, I know they are natural sugars, but it still counts towards calories). I switched to FRS, and WOW. This stuff gives me pep without making me feel full. I have one with an oatmeal bar for breakfast every day now and I couldn't feel better.

I started buying FRS purely for the caffeine. I like a little bit of caffeine in the morning but I cannot stand coffee and I don't want to drink soda so I am always on the look out for a healthy drink with a moderate amount of caffeine.

First of, there is a free trial, but you also need to know how to read because they tell you they will start to charge you after two weeks if you don’t cancel. I work out every day and eat well. I use to drink things like red bull all the time but they are not good for you. This is a good alternative. Don’t expect to be bouncing of the walls but it will give some extra energy. And there really isn’t to much in it what could hurt you. And I have been using it for a few months now. Just go to GNC and look for discounts on it. Shop around.

I was recently Googling around for a healthy energy drink and found a competitor named ISOsport Nutrition. They too use Quercetin and claim healthy sustained energy benefits. I was immediately impressed with the lower price of $14.99 a bottle ($5 a bottle less than FRS) and I bought. Happy I did. Been drinking it for 3 weeks now and can truly say to you all that I've never felt more alert or energetic. If you like FRS, I think you'll prefer the taste of isosport. At least I do!
