		<description>I used to just run and enjoy the process of running... then I got all interested in qualifing for Boston and things became so structured... now I&#039;m getting back to just enjoying the flow...as soon as I can run again anyhow!

		<description>I used to think of flow sessions as my cardio but realized quickly that they aren&#039;t. You are right- yoga is not cardio, yoga is yoga...and for us pitta, yin/restorative yoga can do wonders (even though I shy away from them bc of boredom.. something we have to really try to fit into our schedules!)
