No, I can’t do it yet!! But, we are being taught to build the strength with the use of two blocks. Just try to lift your body off the floor using your core muscles! The Pick up and Jump Back is a great article.

I would definitely want abs of steel…however, I think I would fall flat on my face if I tried that!

My yoga teacher learned this one time at a yoga seminar and loved teaching it even though only a few could do it. She was also practicing the jump back and then front as well.
