Was wondering; if you’ve tried it, are you actively pressing legs against the wall and hip bones against the wall or are you just relaxing into the position? If you haven’t tried, GO NOW. It feels great.
Have a great weekend!

I relax into it. And it’s wonderful… Now I want to go put my legs up the wall.

I just relax into it, and it does wonders for my hips and back. What a wonderful, restorative pose.

Actually, this exercise is even better than people realize. If you add a ‘heel pump’ (move the toes up and down as if to point them toward you and then away from you while keeping your knees straight) you get a great calf flush which is great for preveting varicose veins! And if that ain’t worth it for ya sister, I dont know what is!
