		<description>Oh Rach, I know EXACTLY what you&#039;re talking about!  I am just now coming out of my 5 month no workout slump because I could not find the energy with working full time, going to school, family, volunteering, etc...I know we all talk about finding a &quot;balance&quot;, but sometimes its just not that easy to do.  The fact that you got on the bike for 30 minutes is awesome!!!  Keep forging ahead and just take it day by day :-)
