Thanks so much for stopping by my site! I really love my P90x DVD’s because I really like that I can get in a great weight workout at home.
Usually when I am at the gym, I lose my motivation to stay and do weights after a cardio workout or spin class, so it has been a nice option for me to do at home. Also, because someone is telling me what to do on the video, I find I push myself harder and do excercises I hadn’t thought of before. If you have any questions about it let me know.
