I am a late exercise bloomer. I am happy with my 3-10lb dumbells and my Danskin barbell  for now.</description>

		<description>sorry I missed the run this am, didnt got to bed till after midnight!!! My thoughts on the kettle bell are close to yours except for a few things. The kettle bell is wonderful and challenging but one must KNOW how to CORRECTLY use it before doing it, form is HUGE! I think a lot of people who use the KB don&#039;t do it right and end up hurting themselves. It&#039;s a great way to raise your HR while doing weights:)

		<description>I keep thinking I need one of these and everyone keeps encouraging that thinking. One baby arrives in Feb. I&#039;ll be doing a lot more (well, that&#039;s my plan anyway) training at home. Along with the newborn gear shall add kettlebell to list!
