Our usual breakfast around here is oatmeal. My kids love it and I love it. Peanut Butter instead of butter, mixed with dried fruit, nuts, and a little brown sugar. If time allows, I will also make some scrambled eggs with one whole egg and the rest egg whites. Oatmeal alone will not fill me up! Occassionally, I will make a protein smoothie as well.
Recently, I had the opportunity to try these SmartOnes Breakfasts. We are not in the habit of buying frozen meals, but they are great if you are strapped for time. My husband used these as lunches and was satisfied. My quesdilla breakfast was decent. It wasn’t a “love” food item for me- more of a necessity- such as I have five minutes to get out the door, what am I going to eat kindof thing.
