  Besides being sexy, I love that the hoodies I was looking at not only have a pocket to put your mp3 player in, but they also have loop hole fabric for the cord feed. I can’t work out without music!

  I’m Loving the Long Tank!!! I have a hard enough time keeping my behind covered with the “low rise pants” trend. (It doesn’t help to have a loving toddler hangin’ on me every second:) ) But the Long tank has alot of pockets and support, and it doesn’t wiggle up the waist during workouts!!!

  I perused the website and was intrigued by the Empowering Women running and walking plans: http://www.emwomen.com/fitness.aspx.I think I’ll revisit the site after baby #2 makes her debut in March. I’m ready to start running again, but I’ll need a plan to help give me a “jumpstart.”

  I really like the way these capris look. They appear to be comfortable and flattering – even for women who are on the shorter side.
