I know there are a few of you out there who get excited about shoes. Any kind of shoes. I am one of those people as well. So, here is fluffy post about shoes..what’s out there for us active types who love shoes, love the outdoors, but also want to look good in our semi-stylish athleticy shoes…
So, for this post I’m focusing on the casual shoes that are both rugged and stylish, if there is such a thing……for those of us who think dress up is a pair of jeans!
Sketchers: “Women’s Biker’s” (how appropriate for me!)
Simple Shoes: Sneakers
Dansko: Lolita (Love, but, how would they function with a jump rope? Cause you know I’d wear them to work!)
Vegan Platform Slingback Lentil: Steve Madden (would never wear but thought they were slick looking)
Athletic Inspired Vegan Casual (only $35 on the Vegetarian Shoes and Boots website)
Vegan Knit Sweater Boots (These were featured in Yoga Journal and I just bought them! Can’t wait to try out. $50 on Vegetarian Shoes and Boots).
Crocs: Shower shoes?
KEENS: Venice Sandal. I have these from several years ago and they’ve held up really well. Considering replacing them with the new and improved color and bells and whistles.
Please feel free to comment and add your favorite! I’d love to break out of the rut, so to speak, and see other brands that are equally good.
