<description>I am a stay at home mom who is 29 and has bilateral Patellofemoral Syndrome as well as Chondromalacia. I am really sedentary due to this issue, and am hooked in with a pain management Dr. The problem is I need PT, and my insurance doesn&#039;t cover it. I am also on some medications that have caused me to gain 40+ lbs. to my 5&#039;2 (normally 123 lb.) frame! I am depressed and really embarrassed about this and have no idea on how to integrate any kind of exercise into my daily life. I saw this page with the Stability Ball Workouts with SAVASA, and am curious if there is anything out there that has the ball and a beginners DVD to walk me through the workout? Anything you can recommend would be greatly appreciated. I am just sitting in my house feeling like a blimp, and have lost my spark. My daughter has even noticed how sad her mommy has been for some time now, and I need to get things kicked into gear for not only her, but for myself. Thanks so much!! I also signed up to your newsletter! And am looking forward to getting the first one.
