		<description>You mentioned your legs are still tight - mine were actually ok two days later. I guess that means I didn&#039;t push it as hard as you did, but it was my first, so I just wanted to finish feeling good, physically, and mentally about myself and the job I did. 

I did sit in five bags of ice though, about two hours afterward, for a half hour.  I have found that the ice really does help. I can&#039;t imagine sitting in ice water though, just ice scooped all around me.

		<description>Without the event to focus on there must be a void.....but your passion for fitness training is just as important as as it was before, I would think. Your legs will tell you when it is time to run again, right? Gotta love those baths, though.. .reading a great book sure would be nice...enjoy the moments...</description>
