		<description>The second tip - being consistent in warming up:  huge for me.  A couple of years ago I wasn&#039;t doing this.  I ended up pulling a muscle in my calf, and it became a nagging injury that I just couldn&#039;t shake for the longest time.  Now I always follow a routine to warmup.

It&#039;s a great list, I&#039;m glad to see strength training included, which I think is so important to overall health and fitness.
