		<description>well I too have said goodbye to pasta, only have it about once a month or special occasions, but I love me some whole wheat couse couse(however you spell it). I put turkey meat and marinera sauce on it and enjoy! I think you should stick with the oatmeal but just put walnuts in it and fruit, and have 2 egg whites. My biggest problem is protein, I can&#039;t fit it in all the time!</description>
