There are three instructors who teach a variety of authentic yoga classes and there is a different one each day. I worked through parts of Invigorating Yoga right after my 12 mile run yesterday and I do feel better. I am SORE today but my only goal for the next two days is to recover by doing yoga, and using the myo-fascial release technique on the foam roller.
Yoga is a perfect balance to running and cycling. Your body needs/craves the deep stretching and lengthening that yoga provides.
