Lipton has got some great new products out right now. They are made from white tea buds and we’ve been drinking them for the last week and my husband has really enjoyed the teas. He is a big diet soda drinker and he actually preferred to drink the teas rather than soda. Probably better for your teeth on the tea…

WIN YOUR FUJI CROSS TOWN 2.0 BIKE HERE

Simply post a comment here on WHAT KEEPS YOU YOUNG to win. The winner will be chosen at random on May 16th at 9PM PST. Winner must provide a US Mailing Address to win.  YOU ARE POSTING A COMMENT ON THE FUJI CROSS TOWN 2.0 BIKE (not the yellow Team Frame pictured above)  I know this seems misleading, but, this is the image that Lipton provided.

Disclaimer: The Pepsi/Lipton Partnership will provide a check for $75.00 to be used for professional assembly of all Lipton Fuji bicycles awarded. Neither Pepsi Co. nor Unilever is liable for injuries, damages or accidents that may result from receipt, assembly or use of this bicycle.

To stay young I try to be active as I physically can, and I think young. I am physically feeling 147 and am mentally 17 most days! This bike would help me stay physically as young as I am mentally!

I know it’s cliche but my beautiful kids are what keeps me young. You can’t help but want to be as fresh and young as they are!

  • 3 Katy // May 12, 2008 at 4:11 am

I have never felt so young and fit as I do now, thanks to excercise (running, teaching a mommy fitness class and occassionally bikeriding). For me being so active makes me feel extremely youthful not to mention chasing around 3kids also helps!

  • 6 LG Efron // May 12, 2008 at 5:13 am

Approaching 40 and noticing patterns of behavior and thoughts that were negative and self-defeating was making me feel old. So I work on changing these every day, and as I do, I feel progressively younger (and happier too).

young is a state of mind not an age. I made a resolution this year that has changed my life, changed my world. I told myself that I was going to step out and act young and have fun. I was going to hang out with friends, stay up late, eat junk food once in a while, and be spontaneous! I am become such a compulsive freak that I don’t know how to live on the whim. I know that I have moved all over, but it’s all been pretty comfortable because my nature is to travel, but my nature used to be one that likes to be crazy and youthful, but that rebellious spirit of mine was leaving and now has come back, but this time with maturity behind it. I can be young and have fun doing it! So my state of mind is what keeps me young!

    What keeps me young? Hmmm…
    1. Exercising every day.
    2. Wearing sunscreen.
    3. Playing with my daughter.
    4. Laughing.
    5. Enjoying the simple things.

Why do I want this bike?
    1. I don’t have one.
    2. My husband does and I’d love to ride with him.
    3. I’d love to “spice” up my workout and do something different than running this summer.

I make sure to do all the things I need to do to keep up my strength through excersise, physical therapy and an appropriate diet. Most importantly I feel I need to keep myself mentally fit by being with the ones I love and doing the things I enjoy doing the most. Having the right attitude, love for life, and being happy in your whole life, family, job if you have one, hobbies and etc.. is essential in keeping my body and soul as tuned up as it possibly can with an illness that affects me physically, which is MS. The mental aspect helps me so much because by doing the things I enjoy the most, helps to motivate me to incorporate the right diet and excersise so I can be in the best shape I can so I can continue to do the things I love the most with the most important people in my life. If I keep my soul, spirit and mind in tune then it is easy to keep the moving parts nicely oiled with a good diet and as strong, as possible with PT so I can succeed at doing my favorite things. Good health is the result of living the life that makes you the happiest and I don’t let any obstacles stop me or keep me from adapting to changes. I am too happy to let things take away the best aspects in my life, especially my health and ability to do the things I enjoy and be with the people I love the most.

My family, including my husband, kiddos, sisters, parents and in-laws…I have to stay young to keep up with everyone and everyones schedules. :) Life is good but life is so short, its like that old saying that at the end of my time I want to be able to go with messed up hair and a worn out body saying ‘whew, what a ride’ because then I will know I lived it and lived it good! Thank you for the chance to win, good luck everyone!!

Take life as it comes, like an adventure that comes around the bike path corner — enjoy it or not, while it’s here, then let it go and move on… “This too shall pass” (if you just keep pedaling)…
Low-stress attitudes are good for the heart and the health, and lets your inner glow get out past the mundane “drab and drearies”, the washed-out and worn-down tensions of the day.

I don’t really think about my age & just do the things that I enjoy, even if they seem juvenile to others.

Would love to win the bike. I am going to the doctor to lose weight and this would start me in the right direction.

Gardening keeps me young. It gives me the exercise as well as healthy time outdoors. I also eat better when I grow the food and when I eat extra veggies I tend to fell healthy and more vibrant.

With the gas prices as they are now, walking and biking is really keeping me fit. I stay young in spirit and my body just follows…it’s awesome!

I stay young by laughing and being able to laugh at myself too. You can’t take everything seriously or you’ll have extra stress and that ages you!

what keeps me young is the anti-oxidants in lipton white tea. other than that pretty much everything is making me old. i’m 48, my knees stopped working properly several years ago, my eyesight, astonishingly (for me) is fading, and it seems fast too, my plumbing stopped working properly when i turned 40, which was a big bummer and a surprise. it would be fantastic to win that bike though. would be kinder on my knees than (even ATTEMPTING) jogging.

Keeping active and taking classes on-line keep me young. It sure would be great to win this bike.

Taking my dogs for walks every day it’s nice weather and thinking young helps keep me feeling young. I love bike riding, too, so winning this bike would help keep me feeling young, too.
