		<description>I do Bikram yoga.. its AMAZING experience.. and I thought the hot room would deter me but it doesn&#039;t.. its actually more relaxing!!!  but when I can&#039;t get there, I do a yoga dvd so I&#039;ll take a look!</description>

		<description>I do Bikram Yoga.  I love everything about it - the hot room (105 degrees), the postures, the sweat...It has helped me tremendously with my flexibility &amp; body alignment.  And I always feel detoxified after class.</description>

Im woman enough to admit my Toddler Tornado can push buttons I never knew I had----so Ill oft escape for a minute or three of whatever poses I can do to CHILL MAMA OUT.</description>

		<description>I prefer classes to videos, because an instructor can see when you&#039;re doing something wrong or are struggling with a pose, and can suggest changes to help.

That said, I would like to pick up a video for when life gets too crazy and I just can&#039;t make it to class.</description>
