Im the blessed and the cursed in the sleep dept.
My toddler has been sleeping through the night since 7 months.
her (finger quote) night (unFQ) however is 530-5a.

and zero nappage.

ahhh the trade for a later sleeper and a nap and NOT through the night?

I read an article in Self magazine that if you burn 8x your weight in calories (so for example… if you weigh 100 lbs, you burn 800 calories) every week, you are happier. I’m definitely happier now that I’ve begun working out again!
