Luxury Yoga and Bike Vacation
Provence, France

I love to travel. Pasta, espresso, wine, blue sky, once in a lifetime meals, 200 year old buildings, it’s all fabulous to me. Provence is famous for the Cote D’Azur, lavender fields, Peter Mayle (A Year in Provence), truffle hunting, Van Gogh, cheese, Mount Ventoux……. Must visit as soon as possible.
DuVine Adventures offers dream vacations for all of you yoga or cycling enthusiasts. Andy LeVine, Founder of DuVine Adventures, has been treating people to once in a lifetime adventures for more than ten years. His clients rave about his trips and many return for yet another one!
“What a wonderful time we had in Provence last week. I absolutely loved the cycling trip, it went beyond my expectations and even my own personal cycling expectations. Guides were awesome, knowledgeable and attended to every little detail and totally fun to be with. The food and accommodations were top notch. DuVine did a fabulous job thinking of all the little details that made this trip so special, I will definitely do another trip. Greta Holmes, Port Hope, On”
DuVine Adventures has a wonderful upcoming trip to Provence (June 22-28) that combines Power yoga, cycling, fantastic dining and luxurious hotel accommodations. I asked Andy about his reasons for incorporating yoga into his cycling tours and this is what he said:
“Why not, biking on small country roads, tasting world class wines, eating gourmet cuisine and staying in lovely hotels….all we need to do was add the yoga element. Yoga, like living the good life, should be in everyone’s daily diet. If you do yoga, you will bike stronger and the wine will go down easier. No need to be a nut fanatic about yoga – it is an exercise – but with a focus on chilling out and focusing on getting in touch with your
body.”

I would love, love, love to cycle ireland with my husband and a tour group. Can they promise good weather too?? Just kidding!
We both cycle, although he’s significantly better than me! But going with a group, would help keep us at a similar pace and turning over all responsibility for hotels, route planning, etc is HEAVEN. Really, just that is perfect, location could be anywhere…
Love the jersey, would love to win it.
cheers,
laura
